How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days on the plan you pick, with no card needed to start. To carry on afterwards, choose a plan and add a card from the billing page in your panel. You're never charged unless you choose to subscribe.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is one customer ticket the AI works on, however many emails go back and forth in it. Your allowance resets every month.
What happens if we go over our allowance?
Nothing breaks. Emails still arrive and your team can answer them as normal; the AI just stops drafting new conversations until your next month starts, or until you move up a plan.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, up or down, whenever you like, from the billing page in your panel.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans run month to month. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Full details are in our terms.
What are the add-ons?
Car audio pack. For shops selling CarPlay / Android Auto retrofit kits and car audio: a Wrong wires page with an AI agent that identifies connectors from photos and chases customers, a daily adapters-to-order report, and car-fitting know-how in every AI reply.
